While logged into our panel at account.versacode.org, please do the following to track the progress of your project:
1. Go to [Manage Project] > Your Project.
2. The status of the project should appear next to the project subject rightmost.
3. A project is broken down into tasks that is associated with each invoice. You can check the status for each task under the "Invoices" tab.
You can chat with your account support by logging into your account at account.versacode.org and then clicking on the blue "Live Support". This button is on the left if you are on desktop, and appears when you expand the top navigation menu when you are on mobile.

While logged into your account panel at account.versacode.org, click on Account Settings > [Manage Account] > Change and then you can enter your new account details or change your password.

Yes, a payment is necessary before we start working on your project; however, you are eligible for a full refund if you are not satisfied with the project results.
Yes, if you are not happy with the project results, you can live chat with support, contact us by clicking here or submit a message through the project page in the account portal and we will be happy to issue a full refund.
When you contact us with your project requirements, we review the requirements you sent and send you back a quote which includes the total cost and estimated time of arrival (ETA) of the project from the time we start working on your project requirements.
You can accept or refuse the quote through our control panel.
Your project is processed as soon as possible after payment, but might not be immediately afterwards. To know when work starts, we provide you with the ability to track the progress of your project and tasks.
A task that is "Pending" means that work has not started yet on this task. A task that is "In Progress" means that work has already started on the task.
It may take up to 12 hours before work starts on your project.
It may take us up to 12 hours before we can start working on your project after payment.
If work does not start 12 hours after payment, or your project is not delivered 12 hours after the given ETA, you can request to have your payment refunded, which will be done in full.
The ETA is calculated from the time we start working on your project.
If your project is software/web development related, we send you the files for the project, which you can login and download anytime through our control panel.
If your task is sysadmin-related, you receive a list of all the commands and tasks we ran on your server.
