Terms of Service
1. INTRODUCTION
By using the services provided by Versacode ("we", "us", "our" or "this company"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. CONTENT
All of the services provided by us may only be used for lawful purposes. By using our services, you agree to not use the services provided for unlawful purposes.
Versacode will not help you gain unauthorized access to websites/servers, create phishing websites, circumvent website rules or participate in any other activity that is considered unethical or unlawful. Further, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from your use of our services.
Versacode reserves the rights to immediately suspend or terminate your services without notice when the terms included in this section are violated.
3. BILLING
You agree to supply appropriate and authorized payment for the services received from us in advance of the time period during which such services are provided.
4. BACKUP
Versacode stores the code for software developed online and you are given access to such code through our control panel, but it is your responsibility and yours alone to ensure that your important data and software code will be safe as Versacode will not be held responsible for any kind of data loss experienced due to your use of our services.
You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred between you and Versacode and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data exchanged by us.
5. DEACTIVATION
We reserve the right to deactivate your account or suspend it from making further orders in the event our terms of service are breached. If you no longer wish to use our services, you can also deactivate your account from the control panel.
Deactivating your account will cancel all of its associated services and terminate them immediately after which your account will not be eligible for a refund. Your deactivated account can be re-activated, in case it was cancelled by your request, by sending a request made to one of our employees from here.
6. CHARGEBACKS
By using our services, you agree to contact us first to resolve any billing disputes. You further agree that any billing disputes must be submitted in writing to us within one month of the invoice payment in question.
In the event you dispute charges contrary to this agreement, we reserve the right to refer your account or sell your debt (plus any applicable fees) to a third party collection agency. Further, we also reserve the right to take legal actions against you.
7. REFUND POLICY
Versacode provides you with an invoice for each service or task you request. If an invoice was paid and the task associated with that invoice was not completed 12 hours after the given ETA, you are eligible for a full refund on that invoice.
In case the task was completed but you are not satisfied with the results, you are eligible for a full refund on the condition that you let us know that you are not satisfied within 48 hours from the date of the completion.
Versacode provides you with a virtual account balance. The virtual account balance is non-refundable and can be only used to pay for services provided to you by Versacode. This virtual account balance increases according to our optional affiliate program, and can be optionally increased if you choose to have an invoice refunded to your virtual account balance instead of the payment gateway used to pay the invoice.

8. DELIVERY POLICY
Upon service request, Versacode reviews the information you submitted and your project requirements. After review, Versacode may approve or disapprove your project at its own discretion; a project can be disapproved if it is found to be in violation of our terms of service, due to unavailable resources or other reasons. In case your project is approved, we let you know the price and estimated time of arrival. The estimated time of arrival should not be considered as a guarantee and it may take more or less time than given for Versacode to deliver your project.
In event that the project is not delivered 12 hours after the given estimated time of arrival, you can request to have the project cancelled and your account will be eligible for a refund as per 7. REFUND POLICY. If the project was delivered, but you are unhappy with the results, you are eligible for a refund as per 7. REFUND POLICY.
9. COMMUNICATION
During the discussion of a project or task requirements, Versacode is only responsible to maintain direct communication with the registered client requesting the service and is not responsible for maintaining communications with third parties appointed by the client. The client requesting the service should always communicate with Versacode directly through their Versacode account or their registered email address to confirm or discuss project requirements. Versacode will not process requests from a third party on behalf of the client.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
